Cancellation Policy

Trips run rain or shine. Unsafe conditions are the exception: if we cancel for weather or water conditions, you can reschedule or receive a full refund of any deposit.

Deposits

A deposit reserves your date. It is applied to the balance of your trip, which is due on the day you fish.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Give as much notice as you can. Cancellations made well before your date can usually be rescheduled at no cost. Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the deposit, because that date is rarely refilled.

Weather and water conditions

The final call belongs to the guide, on the morning of the trip. Safety decides it, not optimism.
