Terms of Service

These terms cover the use of this website and the booking of guided trips with Ardent Angling.

Bookings

A date is not reserved until it is confirmed with you directly. Rates and availability can change, and any date may be declined or rescheduled if conditions or circumstances require it.

Licenses

Every angler 16 and over must hold a valid state fishing license. Bringing one is the guest's responsibility.

Risk

Fishing involves boats, water, weather, and sharp hooks. Guests follow the guide's instructions and participate at their own risk.
